At LFCN we want to be able to equip our congregation with the necessary tools and resources to easily give t
heir tithes and offerings. Giving is important to us and should be important to you as a believer.
Tithes and offerings may be given in a number of ways:
– Cash or cheque – at a regular church meeting; and/or
– Preauthorized Debit; and/or
– Interac E-transfer. [Some financial institutions charge a fee for using the bank e-transfer service. Please check with your bank directly.]
Keep in mind that you are free to use any or all of the above avenues for giving. You are also able to designate (specify) where your funds go: [Tithe & Offering; Building Fund; Faith Promise/Missions; Compassionate Ministries – Local/General etc.]
LFCN Giving Policy
Spending of funds is confined to LFCN (London First Church of the Nazarene) approved programs and projects. Each contribution designated toward an LFCN-approved program or project will be used as designated with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason as determined by the LFCN Board, the remaining contributions designated for such program or project will be used where needed most.
Instructions For Using Preauthorized Giving
1) Request a Direct Debit Program Authorization Form from the church secretary; or pick one up from the rear of the church sanctuary;
2) Complete the form and submit it along with a void cheque to the church office.
Instructions For Using E-Transfer
1) Send the amount to email address: giving@londonnaz.ca
2) In the Message section – indicate the designation [e.g. Tithe & Offering; Building Fund; Faith Promise/Missions; Compassionate Ministries – Local/General etc.]
The funds will be automatically deposited to the church bank account. You do not need to provide a security question.
Please Note: If this is your first time giving to LFCN (particularly via e-transfer), please contact the church office with your full name and mailing address so that a charitable receipt may be mailed to you at the end of the calendar year.
