The Church Of The Nazarene is a Protestant Christian church in the Wesleyan-Holiness tradition. Organized in 1908, the denomination is now home to about 2.3 million members worshiping in more than 29,000 local congregations in 159 world areas.

Under the umbrella of the Canada Central District, London First Church of the Nazarene (LFCN) was established in 1940. We are located in the heart of downtown London, at the corner of Wellington & Grey.

LFCN CONGREGATION: Our congregation is comprised of approximately 200 people from more than 27 world areas.

LFCN MISSION: Our mission is to produce committed, spirit-filled, involved disciples of Christ who practice the holiness lifestyle.

“Soar Higher – Reach Further – Grow Stronger” – We give praise and thanks for the faithfulness of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ towards His children! Years of prayer, saving and planning to make London First Church of the Nazarene (LFCN) completely accessible have finally come to fruition. As in the days of Ezra and Nehemiah, we “came together as one” in this worthwhile endeavor. Construction began in March 2018 with the support of our faithful and selfless congregation and a welcome Government of Canada grant. Fundraising continues, but as of today’s date, our church is now fully accessible! We look forward to the future and what the Lord will do in our midst in the weeks, months and years ahead.

Funding by the Government of Canada’s Enabling Accessibility Fund
Members and friends of LFCN would like to express our thanks to the Government of Canada for the Accessibility Grant in the amount of $50,000. LFCN’s mandate is to serve London communities and surrounding areas in the name of Christ. By putting in accessibility standards we can uphold our commitment.
